Section 6
Interim protective order can be issued

(1) If it is necessary to provide immediate protection to the victim after the initial investigation of the complaint, the court may order the following in the name of the victim until the final decision of the complaint:-

(a) To allow the victim to live in the house where he/she lived, to give him/her food, not to beat him and behave politely and decently, (b) to provide proper treatment or give an appropriate amount for the treatment if the victim is physically or mentally injured,< /p>

(c) If it is not suitable for the perpetrator and the victim to live in the same place, to make arrangements for the perpetrator to live separately and to make necessary arrangements for the support of the victim while living separately,

(d) insulting, insulting, Not to do or not to act in a threatening or rude manner,

(e) not to act in a place where the victim lives alone or in the street or in the office or by any means of communication or in any other way to hurt or harass,

(f) To do other necessary and appropriate things for the sake of the welfare and safety of the victim.

(2) In addition to the victim from the initial investigation of the complaint, to give any protection to the victim's minor children or any person dependent on him as per sub-section (1). If deemed necessary, the court may issue an order according to that sub-section.
